Does not compare. Media each got two questions today + one extra follow-up. At Transit Committee on Thursday. councillors will get a much more detailed presentation, plus the opportunity for unlimited questions.
I’ll have to disagree; sure council gets more time etc but this is out there now. Media gets it first and gets the news before council does. This has become a pattern and smacks of an attitude the councillors aren’t getting the news and part of the decisions, but expected to follow along.
It’s an interesting take to share this with media, who get to ask questions, before sharing with council.
